-In charge of all school-based paperwork, issues and collecting debriefs, pink forms and excuse letters.

Assistant Secretary

-In charge of all Head Quarter paperwork, collecting lists and assists the secretary.

Treasurer

-In charge of the collection of Red Cross Fund and in charge of expenses and account of the unit.

Quarter Mistress

-In charge of the ordering of uniform accessories and accreditation badges.

Assistant Quarter Mistress

-In charge of sickbay duty and sickbay duty list and replenishing missing items in First Aid Kit.

-In charge of planning first aid duties during events. (Sports Day, Cross Country)
